I’ve known about inner child work since the mid-1980s, but I hadn’t yet accessed what was needed for me ­ to “look after the inner child”; that is, the access that inspires healing. Since working with Bernie, I have connected with this part of myself in the fullest way - experientially. I now have access to knowing the inner self of all ages, and the joy of being the parent in a way I was always wanting.Outstanding aspects of working with Bernie are the feelings of safety and unconditional love that arise from this work at soul level. Life before your sessions; Keeping quiet, not having the confidence to be part of any group. In my family I was always the quiet one, the silent shy one. I felt the time is gone, so much time has passed and I have so many regrets for all the things and times I never got to put my hand up for? Never got to experience all the things I wanted to, never to be all the things I wanted to become because I was always living in fear and anxiety.I feel I yell and scream but no-one can hear me. I feel defeated and have run out of time, that I am a waste of time. I never had the chance to be the princess, to have the money and impact. I was always in struggle street or scarcity or in broken promises.Life now; I am trusting myself with money more than ever before. I am able to protect and stand up for myself from people, who in the past dominated me. I feel confident in myself, feeling powerful to say, ‘don’t even try me.’I have a strong sense of self-worth and self-esteem which I have never had and my boundaries are growing stronger every day. I trust myself to speak up when I need to and I now trust everything is going to be ok. Thank you for my new life.

I did some inner child healing with Bernie in late 2021 & it helped me to unlock my inner child & start to release so many things.
